SERVICES PROVIDED
The HOA has authority to levy dues against members. Services paid through these dues may include, but are not limited to:

1. Common area lawn and landscaping service
2. Common area snow removal service (as necessary)

GARBAGE / RECYCLING COLLECTION
Collection is NOT provided by the HOA, or by/within the City of Gaithersburg. Residents are urged to arrange private service with an available provider. Please see Key Links for a detailed list of vendors.

The City of Gaithersburg does provide weekly recycling services. Please contact the City of Gaithersburg directly at 301-258-6300 or at http://gaithersburgmd.gov to learn more. Currently, the City offers recycling pickup on Fridays for our neighborhood.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS/PHONE NUMBERS/CALENDAR 
There is an annual Homeowners Association meeting each year, generally in the Fall.  At this time, directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms.  A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes, and copies of the annual audited financial statement are available to all members in advance of the meeting.

The Board meets monthly and/or as necessary for special needs.
